SB/1 has requested security approval to use the above site to house a contract Agent. Approval recommended.

DETAILS:

1. Mr. Marx Holder requires a place for the use of EE PC/173 (172341) an Agent of Security Research Staff. He has obtained permission of SAC/FO and requests SF/2 to grant security approval.

2. Since this site is to be terminated on 1 March 1961 and since SAC/FO has advised that it is leased in alias no security objection can be ascertained.

Recommend that SB/1 be advised that there is no security objection to the contemplated use of this site.
