On 1 August 1966 Luis POSADA began employment with RECE, a Cuban exile organization located in Miami. He is a salaried employee of LC and is also being paid by by 24 CACT to report co the activities of Free. For security reasons, POSADA can no longer clain Cri-State Engineering 24 Service)as his place of erplovrent. Therefore, it is requested that his resignation from Gri-State Engineering29- Service) be recorded and Lade effective 31 July 1966.
